Sampada Livia is a residential complex consisting of 2, 3 & 4 BHK apartments on Yamuna Expressway at Sector Chi-V, Greater Noida in the most picturesque, open and green environment. The project is spread over 20032 sq. mtrs (approximately 5 acres) of land. The project will have 10 Towers with a total of 726 units and is planned to have approximately 75% open spaces. Due to the weak soil composition along the Yamuna Expressway, a special strengthening technique using pile foundation has been used for giving extra strength to the super structure of towers.
The 10 towers of Sampada Livia have been planned in such a way that a consolidated green is available at the center of the project visible from most of the apartments. The placement of towers is such that it gives feeling of openness all around.
The elevation and horticulture landscaping has not yet been finalized and the Group is focused on finalizing these by bringing in innovative horticulture landscaping and soothing exterior finish. For this, the Group is in consultation with the top consultants in this field. Once this is finalized, it will be shared with the home buyers.
Another excellent feature of the project is that there is one basement for parking and the entire ground floor has been converted into a podium to ensure maximum number of parking. The concept of introducing double deck parking by using hydraulic system is also under consideration.
To provide sufficient covered car parking to all residents is always a big challenge for the planner of residential complexes. Those who do not perceive this at the initial stages of the project and do not make sufficient provisions for petty gains are responsible for the doom of their project at a later stage and expose their residents to a great hardship.
The planners of Sampada Group are seized of this problem and as such providing maximum parking is their top priority. It is for this reason that Sampada Group decided to do away with studio apartments which were planned by earlier management. It is a well-known fact that the studio apartments are excellent financial propositions for any developer but Sampada Group has sacrificed profit for the comforts of the residents.
Yet another excellent feature of Sampada Livia is that two lifts at one core cater to 3 flats. The lifts will be high speed with automatic rescue device. During the course of execution of the project, the innovative ideas, if any, that may bring comforts to the lifestyle of residents will be introduced.
Construction in the project started in June, 2014 and the same is planned to be completed by November, 2017.
